Proven anti-aging drugs

We divide anti-aging drugs into two categories: 1) proven or 2) candidates. The criteria for a an anti-aging drug to be considered proven is one that can extend the life-span of animals in experiments by at least 15% and/or reduce all-cause mortality (in humans) by at least 10%. The research showing these effects must be independently verified in different laboratories or clinics.
